Night Ritual questions

FAQs | Well&Whole Night Ritual

Does magnesium bisglycinate help with falling asleep?

Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function, and it is the mineral most people put at the front of an evening routine. It is not a sedative and we do not sell it as one. Bisglycinate is chelated with glycine, which is generally considered gentle on the stomach, and most people take it thirty to sixty minutes before bed.

Why is your night formula melatonin-free?

Because we would rather you build an evening habit than borrow a hormone. Our magnesium bisglycinate gummies carry apigenin and vitamin B6 alongside the magnesium instead, and the label says melatonin-free on the front. If melatonin is something you already take and like, that is a decision between you and your healthcare provider, not one we make for you.

What is the difference between magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate?

They are two salts of the same mineral. Bisglycinate binds magnesium to glycine, which is why it is the one most people choose for the evening. Taurate binds magnesium to taurine and turns up in formulas aimed at heart and muscle support. Both sit in the magnesium collection, so you can pick the fit rather than the label that shouted loudest.

Can I take magnesium gummies with my other evening supplements?

Generally yes. Magnesium is a mineral, and the formulas on this shelf are designed to sit beside each other without a schedule. The exceptions deserve respect: if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition a doctor is already tracking, run the full list past your healthcare provider before adding anything to your night routine.

What does apigenin do in a night formula?

Apigenin is the flavonoid found in chamomile, and it appears in our magnesium bisglycinate gummies at the amount printed on the label. We include it because a wind-down formula should have more than one note, and because it pairs sensibly with magnesium and vitamin B6. We are not going to claim it does more than support a calm evening.

What if I wake at 3am with tomorrow's list already running?

That is the most common message we get, and it is usually a schedule problem before it is a supplement problem. Move the magnesium earlier, ninety minutes before bed rather than twenty. Take the phone out of the room and keep the last half hour dim. If it happens most nights for weeks, that belongs with your doctor.

Should I take the drops or the gummies?

Gummies if you want the routine to be obvious and easy to remember. Liquid drops if you want it over in five seconds. Slippery elm, mucuna pruriens and methylene blue all come as drops on the Night Ritual shelf, and magnesium comes as gummies in two forms. There is no wrong answer, only the version you will still be doing next spring.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship within the United States and to selected regions, with availability confirmed in the cart rather than promised on a marketing page. If your country does not appear at checkout, email our team and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you and what it would cost to do it.

Where are Night Ritual formulas made?

Our formulas are made in the United States, and every batch is checked by an outside lab for identity, purity and label accuracy. If you need the detail for a specific batch you have received, ask our team rather than trusting a slogan on a page.

How do I reach the Night Ritual team?

Use the Night Ritual contact form and a real person replies, usually within one business day. We are glad to talk through servings, formats, or which of the two magnesiums suits your evening better. The Night Ritual story explains why the shelf is small on purpose.
